Fulfillment/Refund Policies

Tuition fees for the Workplace Bullying University® Training for Professionals Program are assignable to future or alternate programs

Your options:

  1. Apply your paid fee. If you wish to change the live, remote Workplace Bullying University® 22-hour course you registered to attend to a future live course, the paid fee can be applied and will satisfy the tuition cost in full, regardless of the cost of the future session. In other words, if tuition is raised, the fee you paid will be applied and you will owe nothing. Note, we schedule 3-4 live programs per year. If you choose for us to hold your registration, please do so at least 10 days prior to the start of the session you will not be attending. We mail physical materials to registrants one week prior to the start of the program and cannot have non-participants receive the materials and our intellectual property.
  2. Apply the fee you paid for the live course to purchase the Recorded Version of Workplace Bullying University®. You may instruct us to apply the fee paid for the live, remote program to pay in full the fee for regularly priced recorded version of the program. The thumb drive containing all the resources (a different set of materials than used in the live course) will be mailed to you when you notify us of your decision. Again, we need 10 days notice prior to the start of the live program originally selected to switch the package of resources to the recorded program.
  3. Cancel. If you wish to cancel for any reason and choose to not attend the live program or purchase the recorded version, we will refund your purchase. To be refunded, you must notify us 30 days prior to the start of the University program for which you paid.

Physical delivery of the Workplace Bullying University® program materials.

  • The ancillary materials that accompany the  live, remote program are assembled on a thumb drive. The drive is sent to participants approximately one week prior to the start time of Day 1 of the live program. Participants provide the mailing address to which they prefer materials to be sent. Approximate delivery dates are provided by the USPS but delivery prior to the start of the program is not guaranteed.
  • The recorded version of the program is also put on a thumb drive and mailed to the address provided by the purchaser.
  • In the event of a defective drive when the purchaser notifies WBI, WBI replaces it at no charge.
  • If participants wish to exercise any of the Options described above, WBI is able to hold materials until attendance is certain and take the action described above.

Purchase of the WBI Targets’ Action Plan package are generally non-refundable.

Explanation:

    1. No refund. The purchase enables an immediate download of the 54 min. video and ancillary materials. Once our intellectual property is in the hands of the purchaser, WBI has no way to recall the information delivered. Therefore, no refunds will be made.
    2. Delivery problem: If a technical glitch occurs that led to payment being received but not the delivery of purchased materials, WBI attempts to fix the problem and deliver the video through alternate download channels. No refund is paid when the purchaser receives the material.
    3. In case of failed delivery: WBI regrets not being able to fix a download or to deliver using an alternate method. When payment has been made, but delivery fails, the purchase price will be fully refunded.

Regarding purchase of specialty seminars or workshops

On occasion, WBI offers limited series seminars or workshops, often in conjunction with expert colleagues. Unlike the Workplace Bullying University® program, extensive ancillary resources do not accompany the seminars. WBI may or may not offer a recorded version of the educational program.

  • Paid tuition for a live, interactive program is refundable if the request is made 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
  • Paid tuition for a recorded version of the program (if offered) is refundable if the request is made 30 days prior to the scheduled live event.
  • Delivery of the recorded version of the program (if offered) is made available to purchasers through online downloads (Google or Microsoft) after production of the recorded version is complete.
