2021 WBI U.S. Workplace Bullying Survey
Our fifth national scientific survey: prevalence of bullying — percentages and estimates of number of affected workers, gender of perpetrators and targets, rank of perpetrators and targets — much more. The WBI Survey is the most cited set of statistics in the world.
Our decades-long campaign to introduce, then enact, anti-bullying legislation in U.S. states. To date, 31 states and two territories have introduced the Healthy Workplace Bill. Only Puerto Rico has passed a law. The business lobby’s needs, so far, have trumped those of workers.
