Starting tomorrow, it’s time to act on your bullying situation. Things get worse by waiting or wishing your employer will help or, worst, that your perpetrator will change.
Freedom from Workplace Bullies Week can be the catalyst for doing SOMETHING.
WBI began Freedom Week in 2009. Since then, it’s gone international.
And in years past, Michelle, co-founder of the California Healthy Workplace Advocates (CHWA), wrangled over 100 cities to proclaim Freedom Week. Quite a hoot to have local politicians acknowledge bullying in their workplaces.
During the entire week (Sunday-Saturday), we will offer daily short tutorials about seven aspects of the workplace bullying phenomenon.
